Any questions?

  • Do you make international shipments?

     Yes! We have international shipments through Fedex International. In these cases, some countries may charge extra taxes for importation, which do not depend on us and we can not know them costs until it reaches the destination country.

  • What is your return policy?

    If you notice any manufacturing imperfections or missing parts from your order, you must contact us within 24 hours after receiving your order.

    Where you must tell us the following:

    • Evidence showing and appreciating the products received inside and outside the package in which it was delivered by the parcel.
    • Photographs must be of good quality to visualize every detail

    Once the information is received, we will contact you to follow up on the case. If the 24-hour period exceeds and the report corresponding to your order is not generated, replacement, exchange and/or refund of missing or imperfect pieces cannot be made.


    To complete your return, your order number is required.


    •Shipping for return:


    The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted.


    •Items on sale:

    Return policies do not apply to products that are on sale or any type of promotion.


    •Changes: Changes only apply to items that could result in some imperfection or incorrect customization.

    We are unaware of delivery times. In the event of a delay or change in the delivery date, you must contact the corresponding parcel directly with the tracking or tracking number provided via mail and this will not be an applicable reason for return.

  • What if there is an error in the size?

    If you requested a size and for some reason another one was sent to you, you can request the change without extra charges within the next 72 hours. We will contact you directly to coordinate the change.

  • Purchases outside Mexico

    All purchases made outside of Mexico must be paid in US dollars. Shipping and handling charges are included in this price. Other expenses such as payment of taxes or duties are not included since we are not responsible for them.


  • What's your shipment policy?

    All shipments are processed within 3 to 4 days after your purchase and parcels give an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days whether it is a national or international shipment.
